all about the sauce 👌🏼 i swear one of the best ways to enjoy healthy eating at home more is to find some sauce recipes that you love and that are versatile! prep 1 or 2 sauces on sunday to add to your meals throughout the week so you’re never bored of your food!
this one is my fave spicy cilantro lime tahini sauce:
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup filtered water (more, as needed to thin)
1 jalapeño, stem and seeds removed (optional, skip the jalapeño if you don’t like spicy*)
Juice of 2 limes
1 tbsp olive oil
Handful of fresh cilantro
1 cup baby spinach
1 garlic clove
Salt and pepper, to taste
1. blend everything until a smooth sauce forms, adding more water as needed to get the consistency you like!
